The management was very inconsiderate with workers. They assume every worker was a mindless drone and had no ability to improve. After my first evaluation, six and a half months of doing nothing but working harder than pretty much any other person there, I was told that I was nothing more than a person who had "Just walked in the door". The only reason this even has a one star is because of my co-workers. They made the place bearable for my time working there.
Poor management. They tell you that your going to have the weekend off all week. As soon as Fri comes around, they tell you that you have to work sat, but off sun. Then on sat, they tell you that you have to work sun. This happens every week.
I work for them currently, I work 7 days a week, I make good money, I cannot complain when it comes to that stuff. Management is okay, but the people that I work with are the reason the job is easier. I like the company overall, maybe a day off once in a while. But being 19 I make more then even my father and mother are making. So like I said I really cannot complain
Long hours no consideration of employees, think were robots have no room for growth, no raises insight,12.98 1.00 premium if you are on 2nd or 3rd. Insurance is horrible very high deductible, work employees too much to where it will wear you down mentally and physically and will not provide any medical rehab is you should happen to get any issues like pulled tendons, or back problems etc. Point system is terrible you get 4.5 points and you get pointed for being sick with Dr. note or inclement weather if you can't use personal time or vacation. Only good side you received personal time as soon as you start (prorated) and vacation after 90 days (prorated) but if you are a workaholic this may work in your favor.
What blows my mind even more is management wonders why everyone is quitting.
