Shipments take 3 weeks to deliver!! 3 weeks! Other carriers usually take 1 week.
These guys are terrible. It's been a month to have something shipped from Mississipi to to Oregon. This is not the first time they have left me hanging. They won't call be back after leaving countless messages. Don't use them! You'll be sorry!
As a driver made very good money and home time is great worked out of Tacoma warehouse. Sunbelt bought out nwf express. Big problem they have is the manager in Tacoma named mark urslo very rude and knows nothing about the trucking industry. He doesn't like drivers and not afraid to let you know. Eric Clark the original owner of nwf express was the most awesome person to work for but since the takeover by sunbelt the company has big problems keeping drivers due to the manager in tacoma. Most driver last only a few months because of mark the manager. Even the office personnel dont like him very disrespectful to people. If they got rid of him it would be a great company to work for as a driver
This company always claims truck is broken down and can't deliver, and will not give a time frame when truck will be repaired?? Poor customer service and claims they only have 1 truck coming from California to AZ?? I will tell my vendors not to use them anymore, tired of having these problems.
Easy to get in and out. Info given by dispatch is accurate. Paperwork doesn't always give total piece count and weight.
