As an attorney, I always appreciate it when the staff at a Clerk's office is helpful. The staff in Catawba are prompt and professional.
My 17 year old son was recently charged with a crime in this venue. My experience was very communistic and draconian. 17 year olds minds are no where near fully developed as they are in grave disarray when judges ask them on how they want to be represented . When parents ask to assist the child they are attacked with a barrage of shouts and jeers by the domineering and aggressive policemen in the court room... Reminds me much of a korean or some other unjust system. Awful system !
